i really loved the valet staff. they were amazing. the room was nice. the bed was comfy. they even had a safe sex kit in the room for sale. i have yet to stay at a hotel that had such a thing, i was so surprised.
i have stayed here previously and found the check in and out a bit more special than this time it seemed to lack something. the gal that checked me out did not really seem happy to be employed at the hotel, maybe she was just tired. i was promised one drink per person per day upon check in. i got a coupon for wine or champagne for one person after having to ask for it.

the receptionist, charlotte, was really nice. she gave great details on places to see while in the city and good spots for eating, and i actually tried some. the rooms had comfy beds. i would go back again some day.
The staff were great. the bathroom was a tight squeeze. you almost had to climb over the toilet to shut the door.
Dining

the vibe of cafe riggs was good. our food wasn't the best we've eaten. the experience, atmosphere, and drinks, though, were very good, i must say.
